11 Months Old!

I CAN NOT BELIEVE that our Brayden boy is 11 months old and only one month from turning 1! This past year has flown by and this boy has been such a joy in our life. Some new things happening with our Brayden are:
Brother and Sister are playing together more!
I love to give Mom rasberries any chance that I get.
I can pull myself up and cruise around the furniture.
I can't get enough of love my ball!
And I really love to ride in the car!
Yes, our Brayden is a happy, healthy boy and we just love him to pieces. Although I know I've said this a million times a few times, I can't believe my baby is almost no longer a baby :( Better savor these last moments while I can!

Deja Vu

It's a little strange how you will find your babies discovering the same things but at different times. When Keely first began to pull herself up one of her favorite spots was under the kitchen table. It would appear that it is one of Brayden's favorite spots too!

Ever Wonder...

what you may look like from an outsider's perspective? I'm pretty sure this is what I look like in my daily adventures trying to tote around as much as possible!

"Le Low Uash"

Today I was picking some of our squash and asked Keely to help me bring them into the house. I came into the kitchen to wash the ones I had and this is where I found Miss Keely...
All I could hear was "kean le low uash". What a good lil Mamma :)

Big Boy Brayden

We have a big boy in the house! In the last week Brayden has started to pull himself up! We all know what's just around the corner...WALKING!!!! He started with crawling up the stairs, and pulling up on small items like myself and toys. Then yesterday I heard Brayden crying when he woke from his nap. And this wasn't a fussy because I just woke up, it was a "help me!" scream/cry. I walked into his room just to see him holding on for dear life standing in his bed. What a big boy! And now he just can't stop. Every time I turn around he is climbing and standing on what ever he can get his hands on. Not to long now I'll be chasing these kids in different directions!

Out of Control!

Yes, my garden is OUT OF CONTROL! And yes, you are witnessing the pumpkin growing OVER the wall into the neighbors yard (good thing no one lives there right now). Not sure how much longer this vine will hold up especially when you have something like...
this growing on the other side! Yup, our first growing pumpkin. We are seeing other little buds form but this one is taking off and I crack up each time I look over the wall to see this hanging there. Just waiting for the day for the vine to snap.
I guess you're wondering how I find so much humor in my gardening. When you look at the garden and see that it is in fact out of control you will see that we can't help but find the humor in it. Our attitude of "let's just plant and see what happens" has really come back to haunt us. Well, lesson learned for next year!
And in the meantime still enjoying what is coming from the garden...
look at our little cantaloupe :)
